I have been to at least a dozen doctor's and did'nt get much help until the last one gave me two tube's of medicine to put on my feet and it has helped a great deal. I use Bactroban and Diprolene twice a day. It doesn't heal it but it help's it doesn't break out as much and it's not as dry it doesn't itch . I live in Arkansas
