It must be getting close to Halloween, this is certainly a pre-Halloween prank prepetuated by a couple of prankisters. However if any one really wishes to make a donation the funds will be put to good use. My proposal is to set the prankisters up in a igloo in the Canadian North West Territories town of Tuktoyaktuk. Tuktoyaktuk is a sea side resort on the Beaufort Sea about 50 miles inside the Acrtic Circle. The average winter time tempature there is -40 f. that should cool the prankisters off.
