pustular psoriasis of the palms and feet

I am taking methotrexate for my psoriasis of the feet and hands. It has little effect so far have been on it for 8 weeks. If anyone has had any success taking another medication for this or has any info..please send it...i am in much pain and can hardly work. I live in Arkansas
