I'm Spanish here in spain there was a drug from roche called tigason, I think it could be what you buy in USA as tegison. The main componet of this drug is -in spanish- etretinato. One and a half year ago roche retired the drug, but they replaced it with another called neotigason.
The main component of neotigason is -again in spanish :)- acitretina, acitretina is a variety of etretinato with less secondary effects and whith the same beneficts of etretinato.
