Hi,

I have this too - it is very very uncomfortable. My dermatologist prescribed a cream for me - this is what is on the label:

CREAM CRM * 400
AC.SAL 10% PROP GLY 30% IN AQUEOUS CREAM. APPLY TO THE AFFECTED AREA
TWICE A DAY AS DIRECTED

This is basically 10% Salicylic acid in a cream - it works wonders and you will have "normal" skin in no time, although it has to be applied about once a week or fortnight to stay that way.
