We finally finished the server move!  You are now reading the bulletin board from the new server!We are getting a little bleary eyed here (took a bit longer to iron out some kinks than we thought). Therefore, I've only done about 85% of the de-bugging I would normally do. Based on what I have done, everything seems to be working as it should and all archives are intact. However, I'll rely on you all to test it 100% Please let me know if anything looks out of place or doesn't work as it used to. Everything is as it should be if you don't notice any difference at all. Yes, we know the chat room is down. I'm not sure why that script isn't running and I'm just too darn tired to figure it out tonight. We'll get that back up as soon as possible. Our focus was on the bulletin board and getting that up ASAP. IP: Logged |

Thanks you guys, very much. You don't know how much it bothers me not to have everything immediately perfect. I didn't sleep well last night knowing that the chat room is down and that it will be a few days before I can even begin to work on it (I'm so busy at work right now). I get too hung up sometimes on "perfect." You're helping me put it in perspective. I also put so much pressure on myself as it relates to the bulletin board. So many people have spent so much time posting good information, I would have just died if in moving servers we lost any information. So I've been very anxious about that, too. It's a relief to see that you all are able to log back into the bulletin board and everything seems to be working as it should. Can you believe that Infopop, the company we bought this software from, would have charged us $600 to move the bulletin board to the new server?? I was almost going to just pay that (because I'm that anxious about preserving everything that's been posted over the years) but we just couldn't afford that. Hoi. Having said, though, please don't hesitate to point out anything that doesn't seem to be operating like it should. But is sure is a relief to see that everything looks good. Dear Laura, I said it before and I will say it over and over again. Thanks to you and Chris that we had this wonderful site to learn a lot from. My son and I owe you for making easier to care for him. I was able to take care of him easily and he looks much better every time.
